All Passion Spent

A Vita Sackville-West Edwardian drama, from 1986, for which I did some early art directing on location and construction drawing, before moving on to 'Way Upstream' instead. Starring Dame Wendy Hiller, this was designed by Raymond Cusick (of Dalek fame) and directed by Martyn Friend. The Early Georgian house interior was based on a location house in Hampstead, (owned by a reclusive descendent of the Berger paints dynasty), to which we added a Victorian style conservatory.

No photos of the result unfortunately but here's the drawing!
